Return Policy

KBM Sweets products are carefully prepared and packed to maintain their quality and freshness. Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.
Customers are requested to check the package and products at the time of delivery. If there is any issue with the order, please contact KBM Sweets as soon as possible through WhatsApp with the relevant order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact KBM Sweets through WhatsApp as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, customers may be required to share the order details and clear photographs or other relevant information regarding the issue.
After reviewing the concern, KBM Sweets will take appropriate action based on the nature of the issue.

Replacement

If a product is found to be damaged or incorrect due to an issue from our side, KBM Sweets may provide a replacement, subject to verification and product availability.
Replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Customers are requested to contact us promptly after delivery so that the issue can be assessed and resolved appropriately.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled, or where a refund is approved by KBM Sweets after reviewing the issue.
If a refund is approved, the refund amount and applicable process will be communicated to the customer through WhatsApp.
The time required for the refund to reflect may depend on the payment method or financial institution used for the transaction.

Order Cancellation

WOrders placed through WhatsApp can be cancelled only before the order has been processed for packing or dispatch.
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact KBM Sweets through WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of our food products.
